Fees and Policies

My fee is $145 per hour after the initial session, which is $160. I am a preferred provider with Premera and First Choice.

My office is in central Bellevue close to I-405 and I-90.  It has easy disability and bus access.

Cancellation: 24 hr cancellation is necessary except in case of emergency to avoid being charged for the missed hour.
